The Academic Agreement with the Université de Pau et des Pays de L´Adour provides for two kinds of Interchange:
a) Interchange for teachers who wish to do research or a post-doctoral degree at this institution or even to be received as visiting researchers.
IAE- Institut d´Administration D´Entreprises (http://iae.univ-pau.fr/fr/) of the University will welcome researchers in its research laboratory (CREG - Centre de Recherches en Gestion).

In case the teacher wishes to do research in a field other than that of Administration, we can help this teacher to find another program/faculty in the university and establish contacts for other kinds of research (Engineering, Technology, Law, Literature, Sociology, etc).
Once the academic contacts and the research interests have been established, the researcher can obtain a letter of invitation from the French university to get his visa, administrative assistance to find lodgings, participate in academic activities, work with research on the campus, use the library, receive help to open his field of research (contact with companies, institutions and other French universities), etc.
No fees will be paid to the university. Nevertheless a teacher has to bear his or her costs of lodging, food and transport (including air ticket). As of the establishment of academic contact and receipt of the letter of invitation from the French institution, a “sandwich” scholarship from CAPES/CNPq or post-doctorate scholarship or even a scholarship from FAPESP may be obtainable.

b) Interchange for students who wish to attend courses overseas without paying for this tuition (enrollment fees, annual fees).
Students should however pay for their stay overseas (tickets, food and lodging). The university helps to find lodgings through its international staff. The students can attend courses, do research, use the library, etc.
Our agreement is with IAE - Institut d´Administration d´Entreprises, and the courses offered which may be of interest to researchers/ students are:
- Franco-Latin American Master’s degree – Professional Master’s of International Management between France/Europe and Countries of Latin America (Product development, market research, management of subsidiaries, among other topics).
- Master Recherche en Gestion - Academic Master’s degree in Management – Master’s directed to research works, equivalent to our academic master’s degree.
- Professional Master´s degree in Foreign Trade
